Ying Yang, home of the best Chinese food

I think there was one semester of school where I went to Ying Yang once a week for 14 weeks. That's saying something. That something is that their food is DELICIOUS and that I have no self control when it comes to delicious food. A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to take photos in Ying Yang's kitchen(thanks Brit!). Watching Ying cook was magical. It was a cool experience seeing a business run so smoothly and naturally. Everyone was doing their part. If you ever come to Rexburg, ID I HIGHLY recommend visiting Ying Yang. You will not regret it.

Remember how I am converting over to film?

This is a portrait session I did with a friend from home... all in film.

This session was a big leap of faith because 1. I don't have a hand held light meter yet(future investment) and 2. The light meter in my camera is, how you say... not working. Yes even after a change of batteries. 

I'm happy with what we got considering our circumstances. 

Photos were taken in the Benson greenhouse on the BYU-Idaho campus. 

Brittany and Garrett Engagements

This is Brittany and Garrett.

These two are great people. Garrett is an amazing poet and yoga instructor, Brit is one of the most giving people I know. Seriously. I'm positive half of my closet consists of her hand me downs.

We took these on a nice sunny morning in Sugar City.

I was so excited when I got the film developed that I posted a million on facebook right after I finished touching them up. So if you feel like you have already seen all of these.... that's my fault.

 Look closely there are a few new ones.
